How do I put an ad on VoluntaryEastJobs?
Email your ad with your contact details to jobsite@voluntarynorfolk.org.uk or telephone
VoluntaryEastJobs on 01603 614474, and we’ll get the ad on the site straight away. If this is your first ad, we’ll tell you what we need to set up an account for you. We will send you an invoice
once the ad is live.
How much does it cost?
A single ad costs just £145. If your organisation is a charity you do not pay
VAT (we may need evidence of this for HMRC purposes). For more details of our

How do I pay?
Once you have posted your ad, we will send you an invoice. You can pay by cheque or BACS.
How long does the ad stay on the site?
Your ad can stay on the site for any period you want up to one month. Your ad is automatically removed from the site when the closing date is reached.
When will my ad go live?
Your ad will go live as soon as we post it onto the site. It can take up to half an hour more for it to appear in the search results.
Can I add a logo or attach documents to my ad?
Yes, and there is no additional charge for attaching your logo and / or documents.
Can I change my ad?
Yes, we can edit your ad or extend the closing date (if the ad has been on the site for less than a month). Just email your changes to
jobsite@voluntarynorfolk.org.uk or call VoluntaryEastJobs on 01603 614474. If you need us to edit the job title please call us.
Can I readvertise a job?
Yes, we can reactivate ads that have passed the closing date on request. If it is more than a month since the ad was posted, it will be treated as a new ad and you will be charged as for a new ad.
